So from my Information Architecture I began to work on my potential page layouts. I wanted something simple yet creative. It had to include A Home page, About, Portfolio, Blog, and Contact Page. I tested a variety of ways to approach this.
After a big deliberation I went with the first one. It had the characteristics I wanted in a website. It give off a collage vibe which I really liked. The way the blog/portfolio is laid out, its unique. It is not just a couple of squares slapped onto a page. I will probably add some titles to the bottom of the posts though. Just so potential clients understand what it is.
We then had to create an Illustrator version of our final sketch, which resulted in this beautiful layout.
